Relaxation of filing fees for 13 eForms during migration from V2 to V3 Portal
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has granted a one-time relaxation of additional fees for filing 13 specified e-forms due to the transition from MCA21 V2 to V3, covering filings whose due or resubmission dates fall between 18.06.2025 and 31.07.2025. Stakeholders can file these forms without extra fees until 15.08.2025, once the forms are live on the new portal.
Shares of Private Companies to be dematerialised by June 30, 2025
Private companies (excluding small and Producer Companies) must issue securities only in dematerialised form and facilitate dematerialisation of existing securities by 30th June 2025.
