Highlights of the Draft Foreign Exchange Management (Borrowing and Lending) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2025
On 3 October 2025, the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) issued the Draft Amendment Regulations making certain amendments to the existing regulations i.e., the Foreign Exchange Management (Borrowing and Lending) Regulations, 2018 (“FEMA 3(R)/ 2018-RB”).
